Post 'Highway', the career of B-Town's new belle Alia Bhatt is on a roll! With the young lot of actors dying to get cast opposite her, guess who got his luck this time?
Well, we hear that Alia has been signed in for director Vikas Bahl's next opposite Shahid Kapoor.
Vikas Bahl, who shot into spotlight with 'Queen', has announced his next, titled 'Shaandar'. The script is set and so is the cast. Post the mammoth success of Kangana Ranaut starrer, Bahl has become one of the most sought after directors in tinsel town, and hence, it was a cakewalk for him to rope in his dream cast - Shahid and Alia, for his new venture.
Shahid Kapoor, who just wrapped up Vishal Bhardwaj’s 'Haider', is very much on board and so is Alia.
'Shaandar' will be country's first destination wedding film. It's expected to start rolling by this year, August.
With the cutest pairing to come on screens in the latest time, it would be treat to watc the two baby-faced actors steam it up on screen, isn't it?
