1. Tune Out Travel Tension

2. Skipped Breakfast?
Never do that. You don't really need to whip up a king's feast early in the morning. 4. Pause for a Real Meal
A nutritious lunch won't just perk up your mood and quash cravings, but also help you think clearly and decide well.
