All these days, men unwillingly used condoms and sperm killing sprays for avoid pregnancy to their counter mates. Women usually go for birth control pills if they want to avoid the unwanted pregnancy, but the studies are saying this method is showing negative effects on the uterus, ovaries and other reproductive parts of woman severely.

Now the best news for the people who love to have romance without any middle material, at least two projects have been undergoing for the development of pill to restrict male fertility.

The H2-gamendazole that makes sperms go half-cooked. Normally, premature sperm cells grow a tail and head in the testis, but H2-gamendazole keeps them from reaching this stage of development.

"If there's no sperm, the egg's not going to get fertilised," said Joseph Tash, a reproductive biologist at the University of Kansas' Medical Centre in the US. Tash has been working on the compound since 2001.

While the other potential compound is JQ1, which can trick the body into forgetting how to make sperm!

Jay Bradner and his team at Harvard's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute said JQ1 was found blocking bromodomain proteins in cancer cells. The uncontrolled division of the abnormal cells ceased due to it. JQ1 also obstructed a testicle-specific bromodomain called BRDT, making the sex cells that would otherwise produce sperms draw a blank about their own behaviour.

Experiments on mice with JQ1 resulted in the copulate with abandon yet produce zero offsprings.

It may take years for making the idea into reality for usage by the human beings, but once it came real without any side effects, population will go down.
