India’s Mahesh Bhupathi and Australia’s Nick Kyrgios pair have ended their prospectives at the French Open tennis tournament on Tuesday. The pair suffered a straight-set defeat in the hands of Lucas Pouille and Thanasi Kokkinakis.

The Indo-Ausis pair defeated with 6-3 6-1 by the French-Australian combo Lucas and Thanasi. The Lucas and Thanasi pair has utilized every opportunity to overcome the opposite combo.

On Wednesday, some of the Indian players will test their luck, Leander Paes and his Canadian partner Daniel Nestor will take on on Australia's James Duckworth and Chris Guccione, and the ninth seed combo Rohan Bopanna and Florin Mergea will fight with a Serbian pair of Viktor Troicki and Filip Krajinovic.

In the women’s doubles, top seeded Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis will take on Germany’s Julia Goerges and Czech Republic’s Barbora Krejcikova.
