Kareena Kapoor is likely to replace Kajol in Ram Mahdvani's next project. Kajol was to make her comback with Mahdvani's untitled movie after a gap of four years. But the talented actress has reportedly opted out of the project.  

Kareena has been offered the same role after Kajol's refusal, according to reports. Apparently Kareena liked the story of the film. Now the Bollywood diva is reading the script before committing to the project.

The film will be a Bollywood adaptation of the Dutch TV series 'Penoza'.

Bollywood is now buzz with reports that Kajol will make her comeback with a movie from ace  filmmaker Rohit Shetty. Interestingly Kajol will star opposite her favourite on screen co-star Shah Rukh Khan.
