A total number of 10,549 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours in India. The new variant that is traced in South Africa kept India on a high alert and all the travelers coming from South Africa, Botswana and Hong Kong are traced, tested. Ten cases of the new variant are found in India and their contacts are currently tested. 9868 people recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours and there are 1,10,133 active cases of coronavirus in India currently. 488 people passed away in India in the last one day and the total cases reported for coronavirus in India are said to be 3,45,55,431.

The total number of recoveries reported in India are said to be 3,39,77,830 and the death toll climbed to 4,67,468. The total vaccinations administered in India in total are 1,20,27,03,659 and the vaccines given yesterday are 83,88,824. USA, India, Brazil, UK and Russia are the most impacted countries of the globe due to the pandemic. The total number of active cases are 0.32 percent of the total reported infections and the national recovery rate is 98.33 percent. Out of the 488 deaths reported in India, 384 are from Kerala and 50 are from Maharashtra. As per the report from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the total samples tested on November 25th are 11,81,246 and the samples tested in total are 63,71,06,009.
