The Indian tally of coronavirus reached an all-time low after months. A total number of 1581 new cases are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. 33 deaths are reported in India yesterday and the active caseload came down to 23,913. The total number of cases of coronavirus in total reached 4,30,10,971 and the total recoveries are said to be 4,24,70,515. The total number of vaccination doses administered in India till date are 1,81,56,01,944. The total death tally climbed to 5,16,543 and the total tests conducted for coronavirus in India as per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) are 78,36,13,628.
The tally of cases reported across the globe are 47,20,89,361 and USA (79,778,522), India (43,010,971), Brazil (29,650,082), France (24,352,817) and United Kingdom (20,470,351) are the most impacted countries due to the pandemic. The USA also tops in the death tally and the total death count climbed to 9,72,632. Delhi reported 108 new cases and they are 11 percent higher than yesterday. The active cases comprise of 0.06 percent of the total number of infections and the recovery rate climbed to 98.74 percent. The daily positivity rate is 0.40 percent and the weekly positivity rate is 0.40 percent as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry.
