Are your losing your hair in clumps? For men, it's not unnatural to sport a bald spot by the time they hit 35. Blame it on genes, stress or other weather conditions that causes hair to thin rapidly. That aside, over-styling is another factor why men shed hair faster than a dog sheds its fur. Minimize the damage by paying heed to the below mentioned factors:

Don't stress over it
Why stress yourself blaming your father and grandfather for your thinning hair. Rather than fretting and fussing, try to deal with it. Don't lose your hair worrying as that will stress you emotionally, contributing to more hair loss. So stay calm!

Hats off
Don't cover your head. Let your hair breathe. Wearing a cap for long hours at a time can stress your hair. Putting on a tight band that pushes your hair back or tying your hair too tight can also can also put more stress on your strands, leading to further loss.

Go slow on the gel
Stash away the gels, wax and pastes as they tend to damage hair over prolonged usage. The flip side to hair products is that the chemicals can react with the natural components of your hair and there is nothing worse than drawing attention to thinning hair than clumps of stiff, gelled strands. Lay it on light to keep things covered up.
