The wait is over for all 'Bigg Boss' fans! Bollywood superstar Salman Khan launched the eighth edition of Indian television's most-controversial and widely watched reality show - 'Bigg Boss 8' amid much anticipation, hype and hoopla.
The new season of the show, to be shot inside an old aircraft, promises to more entertaining, more scandalous and more Bollywood-ish than ever. Ask why?
Well, off the 15 contestants participating in this year's show, a good number of them are related to Bollywood. From strugglers like Arya Babbar and Upen Patel to Minissha Lamba and Karishma Tanna, 'Bigg Boss' aircraft will be home to many such Bollywood folks looking to reclaim fame. Not to forget item girl Natasa Stankovic and actress Sonali Raut, who too will be a part of this year's show.
Salman Khan will be the pilot of the aircraft like home where the inmates will be locked away for good 90 days.

Other contestants in this year's show are TV stars Sukriti Kandpal, Soni Singh, Gautam Gulati and Praneet Bhatt.
Adding “oomph” the show will be model Diandra Sores and Mr Gay World India Sushant Divgikar.
Keeping the suspense alive, 'Bigg Boss' has kept the names of three other contestants under wrap. As secret society members, they will be carrying out special tasks assigned to them by the Bigg Boss and will be immune to eviction. Speculations are that they could be Puneet Issar, RJ Preetam and Deepshikha Nagpal.
Unlike last seasons, this time the 'Bigg Boss' home will have combined toilets and bathroom. The contestants will have to lodge their luggage in overhead compartments, just like a real airplane. Furthermore, this time, the 'Bigg Boss' home will have no beds but recliners. Whoa! Can't wait to find out what other changes 'Bigg Boss' has lined up for its fresh lot of contestants and the audience.
