Young and handsome actor Shahid Kapoor impressed the audience with his last film Haider. His performance in the movie has been critically acclaimed all over and he has recently wrapped up the shoot of Shandaar in the direction of Vikas Bahl which is related to destination weddings. Alia Bhatt is playing the female lead in the movie which has been slated for release on September 4th this year. He is currently shooting for his next project Udta Punjab in the direction of Abhishek Chaubey and Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor are the heroines in the film.

The latest news is that Shahid Kapoor has been the first consideration for the erotic hindi movie XXX. Ken Ghosh will direct the movie and Shahid has decided not to do the movie when he has been approached. Shahid has not been interested in erotic movies at this point in his career and so he rejected the offer. The movie will have six stories which will explore about the different aspects of sexual relationships. The movie will be produced by Ekta Kapoor on Balaji Motion Pictures banner. As per the latest update the movie will feature new faces and the shoot will start soon.
