Defence sector shall be given top priority this time during the Vibrant Gujarat 2015 Summit. Defense equipment manufacturers may be offered huge subsidies and benefits for investing. First day of this time’s Vibrant Gujarat Summit a seminar shall be conducted on “Gujarat preferred hub for defence production”, where umpteen preferences and opportunities shall be given to manufactures and organizations to establish their ventures and plants in Gujarat state.

For this seminar Union Defence Minister Manohar Parikkar was already given invitation and he is expected to address the same. At Mahatma Mandir, Gandhi Nagar, the program scheduled between 11th and 13th of January. Vibrant Gujarat 2015 Summit shall be attended by the heads of several nations and corporate giants of industries.

Along with conventional Industries like Pharma, Energy, Petroleum, Health Care Industry, Bio-Technology and Nano-technology the renewable and sustainable projects like Renewable Energy, Tourism development, Skill Ecosystem are also given importance in this summit.

India is expecting huge investment from foreign firms. Recent amendments to certain laws of Insurance, Land Acquisition, GST and FDI will definitely encourage them to utilize the opportunity. Gujarat government’s flagship program Vibrant Gujarat Summit is attracting foreign and domestic investors to generate employment and revenue for the state.
