Below is a list of five models that are expected to attract consumer interest.

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara: Maruti Suzuki plans to make its debut in the electric vehicle market with the e Vitara. It will compete with vehicles like the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE6, MG ZS EV, Tata Curvv EV, and others within the same category, launching in 2026. Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella: Recently introduced in India, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella shares its foundation with the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. It offers both 49 kWh and 61 kWh battery choices but showcases a unique design reflecting the manufacturer’s style. This SUV also promises a maximum range of 543 kilometers on a single charge and will be available with Battery-as-a-Service in India.

VinFast Limo Green: Anticipated to be a competitor to models like the BYD eMax 7, the Vinfast Limo Green is a crossover-style MPV designed to seat 5+2 passengers, launching next year. It is equipped with a 60.1 kWh battery that powers a front-mounted motor producing 201 hp and claims to have a range of 450 kilometers on a full charge in Vietnam.
