Mayo is ubiquitous to most European, American and Russian dishes. The thick, creamy condiment, usually made of eggs, can be tossed into salad dressing, slathered on to your buns and breads or can tot up as a yummy dip for your tacos or bread sticks. Now only if you thought may was all about eggs, you couldn't be more wrong. For those wanting to avoid animal fat or cholesterol, suffer from egg allergies or are vegan/vegetarian, we bring an eggless version of the good old mayo. Rest assured, you can't stop licking your fingers.

2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp powdered black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Prepare a white sauce with the flour, oil and milk.
Once cool, add the rest of the ingredients and  stir.
Store your eggless mayonnaise in an airtight bottle in the fridge for 5-6 days.
