Bobby Cannavale and Nia Long may soon join the cast of 'Spy'. The two actors are in talks to feature in the action comedy.

If the negotiations work out then Cannavale and Long would be joining Melissa McCarthy, Jason Statham and Jude Law.

Paul Feig is directing the 20th Century Fox movie.

Cannavale will be onboard as one of the villains. He will play the role of an Italian playboy. While Long will play the character of one of the heads of the CIA.

McCarthy is playing the lead role in the movie, which was initially titled 'Susan Cooper'. She plays the character of a CIA analyst who goes out into the field to find our as to who is responsible for her lover's death.

Jude Law plays the role of that lover. Law's character is a suave super-spy. Jason Statham portrays the character of an overconfident spy, who is clumsy. The cast includes Rose Byrne and Miranda Hart, the British comedienne.

The movie's script has been developed by Feig.
