Everything can be sold. Probably that is why a  27-year-old American woman is auctioning her virginity online. But it comes at a good price as the opening bid is $400,000.

Bidding for buyers opens on  April 1. The woman named Elizabeth Rain considers her action as a mode of improving her lifestyle. She has even pledged to donate a part of the cash to charity, reported geobeats.

Elizabeth has opened a website and blog giving details about herself for interested buyers. The woman says that she is not doing it out of finincial compulsions.

 

The woman described herself as well educated, financially independent and willing to lose her virginity through auction.

She has also posted picture of herself in a  lingerie showing off her slender body. However her face is not revealed in the picture.
