Miss Universe Singapore 2018 has ultimately proclaimed its new titleholder Zahra Khanum.

The finale was held at One Farrer Hotel where Zahra gave a hard-bitten fight to 15 other contestants and came out as the victor. She was crowned by her predecessor Miss Universe Singapore 2017 Manuela Bla nka Bruntraeger.

Zahra is a graduate from the National University of Singapore in Sociology. The 21-year-old was a finalist in The New Paper New Face, back in 2016 and has since traveled to Vietnam, Pakistan, and China in order to organize and give an assist to charities and fundraising.

She aims to aid the development of the society, particularly children. She was raised by a strong and independent single mother and desires to be like her in the approaching days. Zahra hails from the Pakistan side of Kashmir and has never visited her home country.

According to Zahra, hard work and fidelity can make you accomplish everything and if you put your heart into it, you will be successful eventually.
