You service your car engine once in every six months, 'defrag' your drive with great precision and polish your skates with great care. But what about the most sophisticated and delicate physical equipment? How much you care for it? What do you do to keep your eyes healthy, happy and sparkling.
Your eyes are your first interface to the world. And like all other gadgets, they need timely care too. All the time staring into the bright computer screen doesn't do any favors to your eyes. On the contrary, it exhausts them and even dries and strains your peepers. Take some time off from your hectic schedule to try these exercises and refresh your eyes. Take note.
Roll it
Roll your eyes clockwise, then anti-clockwise. Do this once in every 30 minutes. This is especially good for those who have to work long hours on computer computer.
Palming
Cup your eyes with your palms without applying pressure on your eyeballs. This soothes tired eyes.
Focus
Focus on any object far away from you, for about half a minute. The blink rapidly several times. Then focus on a nearby object for about 15 seconds and blink rapidly again. Do this 10 times.
