It's ok to be concerned about your partner's whereabout. But if you are constantly suspicious of your partner and go to the extent of snooping then you must stop at once. It's unhealthy for your relationship. He may feel suffocated soon and decide to separate. Here are a few tips to prevent yourself from trying to know what your partner is doing.
Trust your partner
Your relationship is based on trust. If you can't trust him then what is the point in staying in the relationship at all. So stop snooping and do yourself and your partner a favour.
Is there a genuine problem
Try to find out whether there is a genuine problem. If there is any rationale in your suspicion then address it. Also try to find out why you feel he's cheeting on you. Maybe you have an emotional problem of not being able to trust anyone. And if there is no reason for your suspicions, let go of it.
Keep yourself busy
They don't say 'an empty mind is a devil's workshop' for nothing. The saying has some truth as you tend to ponder over non-existent problems in the absence of any serious occupation. So keep yourself engaged in productive activities.
Discuss your problem
If you have a problem then talk about it to your partner. Sit down and discuss your problem calmly and stop nagging him all the time.
