The puzzle game of Karnataka's next chief minister will end soon. The oath ceremony was scheduled for the 20th, which will be the dead end. Congress legislative party meeting will be organized today evening. Congress parties state union chief DK Shivakumar along with the Karnataka Congress Committee (KPCC) legislators will attend the meeting today at Indira Gandhi Bhavan on Queens Road at 7 PM in Delhi.

Rahul Gandhi met DK Shiva Kumar and Siddiramaiah on Wednesday and discussed about the possibilities. As of now, it is clear that Siddaramaiah going to be the next chief minister of the state and DK was offered a Deputy CM post and also six portfolios, however, the decision was NO from the leader. DK was a troubleshooter for Congress and 8 time MLA, convincing him for Deputy will be a task for Congress before announcing Siddiramaiah as the chief minister. Amid speculations, Congress claims that the frustrated BJP is creating rumors because of the defeat. Randeep Surjewala requested the media not to speculate the fake rumors and the party is still holding talks with the legislative.

Congress has won 135 seats and turned out to be the single largest party in Karnataka.
