Narendra Modi Government-led NDA government will face a no-confidence motion today in Lok Sabha. INDIA party floor leaders will have a meeting at 10 AM in the Rajya Sabha office in parliament to discuss the strategy of the no-confidence motion that will be passed in Lok Sabha. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has accepted the motion passed by the opposition parties and allotted time for discussion. 12 hours is the fixed time for discussion, where BJP will have seven hours in that and the Congress party has got 1 hour 15 minutes for discussion.
1 hour 10 minutes was the time allotted for the independent MPs, whereas YSRCP, ShivSena, BJP, BSP, BRS and LJP parties were allotted a time of 2 hours. While the Modi government is facing a no-confidence motion, Rahul Gandhi is entering the house after the court stayed his disqualification.
Besides this Union Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh will move the Interservices Organisation Bill 2023 in Rajya Sabha, which is already passed in Lok Sabha. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will also move the Indian Institutes of Management (Amendment) Bill in Rajya Sabha. Along with this many bills are pending which are to be passed in this monsoon session.
