Hyderabadis are so desperate to visit the newly opened Lulu Mall. A few of the visitors had taken their X app and shared videos of how crowded the mall was. The clips are almost like stampedes with crowd and video also spotted of many people standing in long queues near billing counters.

On the 27th of September in Kukatpally, Lulu Mall was inaugurated. Since the inauguration, the road in front of the shopping mall has been facing traffic problems. Streets of Kukatpally, Balanagar and the Y junction are packed because of the visitors. Even on the road and in the mall there is a lot of congestion.

According to visitors, the escalators in the mall had stopped working because of the over crowd (overload). Many visitors and pass by people started tagging Hyderabad police stating the trouble they were going through on the road. It is known that people are stuck in traffic for nearly 5 hours, that is just to cross the 1 km.

Few also stated that for food it took more than 1 hour. Visitors also complained that even walking out without buying anything also takes hours of time because of the huge crowd. Because of the crowd, the mall air conditioning system was unable to cool the premises, where the visitors suffered from heat as well.
