Voting has already begun in Bollywood! And no, it isn't for the upcoming General Loksabha Elections 2014, but something of far more importance to B-Town - the IIFA Awards 2014.

A large congregation of industry stalwarts, actors, directors, and producers thronged the venue to shortlist nominations and vote the best of 2013.

We spotted  Farhan Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Yo Yo Singh, Randhir Kapoor, Farah Khan, Nimrat Kaur and Mukesh Bhatt among others at the voting event.

The globally recognized Indian award function would be held in Tampa Bay, USA this year and would feature many big Hollywood names

Yes, the organizers of the 15th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend and Awards are pulling all stops to ensure that ‘big Hollywood names’  grace the red carpet at the Tampa Bay event to be held in April this year.

 “We are expecting some names from Hollywood to be at the event. We are in serious talks,” Andre Timmins, director of Wizcraft International Entertainment revealed.

“There are a couple of people who are already on board. We are waiting for the contracts because when you are working with people in Hollywood, you can’t say anything till you have a contract in hand. So we are waiting for that,” he added.

Buzz is that singer Akon has been roped in to perform at the awards .

Considering it's international dreams, it's no wonder that Priyanka Chopra and Anil Kapoor, who have made a cut in the international entertainment world lately, were picked as “Friends of IIFA” to travel on a three-city US tour to spread IIFA buzz earlier this month.

The IIFA awards 2014 will be held between April 23-26.
