And you thought everything was over and done between Miss Preity Zinta and her tycoon boyfriend? Not really, as Miss Zinta's police FIR states.

The big news that is currently making a splash in all the newspapers headlines is Miss Zinta being molested and manhandled by old flame Ness Wadia, also the co-owner of her IPL team, Kings XI Punjab.

Preity Zinta has made a not-so-pretty allegation on her former flame, accusing him of molesting, abusing and threatening her inside the Wankhede Stadium in south Mumbai during the IPL match between Kings X1 and Chennai Super Kings on May 30.

In her FIR, the actress has accused Ness of dragging her forcibly and abusing her in public. Not just that, she also claimed that Ness has been harassing her for sometime now.

The entrepreneur has been booked under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman).

Apparently, Miss Zinta had filed a hand-written complaint on June 12, Thursday 2014 and it was converted into an FIR on 13 June, 2014.

Meanwhile, an outraged Ness has trashed her allegations as “baseless and false”.

While Preity's friends friends deem that she has done the right thing in reporting the action to police, Ness supporters say that Preity was upset over his growing closeness to another woman. They broke into an ugly brawl over this during the recently concluded IPL match. Apparently they believe that Preity has been trying to garner publicity out of whatever is left in their relationship.

Preity and Ness, who broke off in 2009 after five-long-years of relationship, had never revealed their relationship status in public, although things were apparent between the two. Their relationship was never a smooth one, given Ness' mom, Mrs. Maureen Wadia loathed Preity and event went on record making acerbic remarks on the actress.

Apparently, Maureen Wadia objected to Ness's growing closeness to Preity. According to her, film actress Preity was nothing compared to Ness Wadia, a blue-blooded entrepreneur, who hails from a business family, and is the grandson of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. Although Preity made significant attempt to merge within the family and rise to Ness' class and stature, she couldn't put the facade for long and the relationship crumbled.
