Months to go before it's actual release and Salman Khan's upcoming next biggie “Kick” seems to be already kicking up a storm.
The movie's first teaser, which hit the web last week, is breaking all records. Just a couple of days since it hit Youtube, “Kick” first teaser has already clocked five million views in 59 (two days, 11 hours) hours and more than 23000 likes on the video-sharing website, the highest recorded ever.
Aamir Khan's “Dhoom3” had four million views in six days while Hrithik Roshan's “Krish 3” had four million views in four days.
Says a source, "Director Sajid Nadiadwala is still shooting for the film and when he heard the news, he threw an impromptu party on Tuesday afternoon for the cast and crew. The team, who was shooting for a song at Mehboob Studios, heard the news. The team was overwhelmed with the response to the trailer and animatedly started discussing the feedback they have been receiving on an individual level from all quarters. Everyone was thrilled. It took some cajoling to get back to work mode."
Sajid says, "My AD shared that we have crossed 5 million views on YouTube in just 59 hours. It was heartening and everyone on sets was thrilled with the news. The trailer has received a very positive response. It is overwhelming!"
“Kick”, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead, releases this Eid.
