Put off by Aamir Khan's nudity? Well, you aren't the only one.

A member of legislative assembly, displaying his disgust for Aamir's nude poster, tried to robe up his standee before a huge gathering on Saturday.

A Congress legislator from Vile Parle, Krishna Hegde 'dressed' up the actor's life-size cutout in a bright green pair of shorts and a grey tee-shirt, while people cheered and clapped on.

Labeling the poster as "distasteful and against Indian culture," Hegde asserted: "Aamir Khan is a good actor and hosts 'Satyameva Jayate'. These posters are distasteful and against Indian culture. They create a wrong impression in the minds of families and youngsters who consider him an icon.”

He exhorted Aamir Khan to at once withdraw the offensive "PK" posters that is in bad taste and "has crossed limits” of vulgarity.

However, it isn't an act of moral policing, clarifies Hegde, but an attempt to drive home the point that stars like Aamir doesn't need such obscene publicity.

Retorting to Hegde's demand to rollback the posters, the 49-year-old superstar said that the controversial poster isn't any publicity gimmick, but a "key art" and very much in sync with Rajkumar Hirani's "PK" storyline.

Vindicating the poster, Aamir said, "When you (audience) will watch the film then only you will be able to understand the idea behind (the poster). But I would just like to say that the kind of filmmaker, the kind of writer Rajkumar is, he always tries to present the things, his thinking, in a unique way and that's why I am his huge fan."

Besides Aamir, the movie - slated for a December release - features Sanjay Dutt, Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput.

Meanwhile, team “PK” is gearing up for the launch of the second poster of the film that hits the web on 15th August. Considering the controversies over the first “PK” poster, we wonder would the second promo be even more sensational or a toned down copy than its predecessor. That we will know when the second promo of “PK” releases on this Independence Day.
