Ajay Devgn's 'Action Jackson' has been postponed yet again. Action Jackson will now release on December 5, which will give Shah Rukh Khan's 'Happy New Year' more time at the box office.

'Happy New Year' will hit theatres on October 24. The next big banner is Yash Raj film's 'Kill Dil', staring Ranveer Singh, Parineeti Chopra and Ali Zafar, will release on November 14. This gives SRK's film three weeks of free run at the box office.

Release of 'Action Jackson' got delayed because of Ajay Devgn's prior commitments. Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Returns' was to be released on Independence Day, so Ajay had to complete shooting for it first.

The latest reports suggest that Eros Entertainment, producer of 'Action Jackson', has decided to postpone the release date of the film from November to December.

Prabhudeva is directing the action drama. The film stars Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles.
