A businessman from Delhi-NCR has purchased four high-end apartments in DLF's The Dahlias, located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, for an impressive Rs 380 crore. Sources indicate that this is the most significant real estate transaction in the super-luxury housing category within Delhi-NCR. The total area of the four apartments is 35,000 square feet. The deal was facilitated by Rizin Advisory, a real estate consulting and brokerage firm. Kshitij Jain, the founder of Rizin Advisory, confirmed that they provided guidance during this transaction. Sources in the market reveal that the buyer already possesses a home in The Camellias and has obtained four new apartments in The Dahlias as an upgrade.

Situated in Sector 54 of Gurugram, The Dahlias is part of DLF's DLF5 Golf Links community, which also includes The Camellias, The Aralias, and The Magnolias. This project covers approximately 7.5 million square feet and consists of 420 homes spread across 29 floors and eight towers.

Luxury apartments priced above Rs 1 crore experienced a four percent annual increase in sales during the first nine months of 2025, as mentioned in the report by commercial real estate firm JLL India. This growth was mainly due to a ten percent rise in demand for homes costing between Rs 1.5 to 3 crore. Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune made up more than 60 percent of the total residential sales volume among the top seven cities in India from January to September 2025, according to the report.
