Don't let the summer heat get the better of you with a cool, yoghurt drink. The coolness of curd and mint ensures that you stay calm and refreshed all day along. For the recipe of mint yogurt lassi, read on.
Ingredients
300 ml curd
2 tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp dried mint
Roasted ground cumin
1 tray of ice cubes

Instructions
In a container, take the curd, sugar and dried mint and mix it well.
Add a few ice cubes and blend
Garnish with a little ground cumin and fresh mint leaves.
