Cake needs no description and by the time you start praising it, the whole plate is empty. Cakes are all time hit among all age groups, be it a kid or older person. The layers or no layer, big or small, no matter what it may be, one look at the cake is enough to draw the whole family.
So try out this summer simple frosty cake!
Ingredient:
Digestive biscuits -250 gm
Milk chocolate-150gm
Dark chocolate-150gm
Unsalted butter-100gm
Sugar syrup-150gm
Dry fruits-100gm
Method:
Crumble the biscuits. Take a greased square tin and put a layer of the crumbled biscuits. Use rolling pin to get even surface.
Melt the chocolate, butter and add sugar syrup to it. Make sure you melt the chocolate in double boiler. Stir occasionally. Remove the bowl from the heat and add dry fruits to it.
Now pour the mixture over the biscuit base and leave it for minutes to set. Allow it to cool and then put in fridge for 1-2 hour.
Take out the cake and turn the cake vessel so that the biscuit layer is on top.
Cut into pieces and serve it.
