Ingredients:
Boiled black-eyed beans (1/2 cup)
Sprouted whole green gram (1/4 cup)
Boiled, peeled and cubed potatoes (1/2 cup)
Chopped spring onion (1/4 cup)
Chopped tomatoes (1/4 cup)
Chopped cabbage (1/4 cup)
Lemon juice (1/2 tsp)
Chili powder (1/4 tsp)
Chaat powder (1/2 tsp)
Method:
Mix well all the ingredient in a big bowl.
Serve immediately.
