That Paris Hilton is a cougar is no secret.  And her latest catch seems to be none other than controversy's blue-eyed boy, Justin Bieber.

The hotel heiress was recently spotted partying in Cannes at Gotha Nightclub with Bieber, sitting on his lap and getting all naughty and playful (wonder what Hilton's boyfriend, 22-year-old model River Viiperi will think about that!), sources say. Not just that, the duo was spotted leaving the club together late-night, but with an entourage.

Bieber first showed up in the South of France earlier in the evening at the Vanity Fair and Armani party at Hotel du Cap.

There, he met Jennifer Lawrence. But the Oscar winner declined being photographed with Biebs because she just wanted it to be "normal" when meeting him. Bieber took off from the party an hour later.

Adrian Grenier was also  caught chatting up with Bieber at Cannes. When asked if he was surprised to see Bieber at the party, Grenier shrugged, "It's Cannes—why not?"
