Actor Ryan Reynolds met with a minor accident in a hotel parking lot while walking in the area. A vehicle was passing through an underground parking garage hit and ran way on Friday.

"Whilst walking, Ryan was struck by a paparazzi driving a vehicle by way of an underground parking garage," publicist Leslie Sloane said. "The man fled the scene. Ryan is okay."

Brian Montague told the Vancouver police that the star was not injured in the Friday's incident. The Vancouver-born Reynolds has been in the city more than the past many weeks shooting his new film, "Deadpool."
