Amitabh Bachchan, 71, has been offered another international project that is reportedly an adaptation of Six Suspects, written by Vikas Swaroop. The Bollywood actor made his debut into Hollywood movies with Baz Luhrmann's 'The Great Gatsby'.
According to reports, Amitabh was offered a role in the project by BBC and Starfield Productions. The film will be directed by Pablo Trapero, the award winning Argentinean filmmaker.
Bollywood legend Amitabh had played the role of Meyer Wolfsheim in 'The Great Gatsby', where he shared screen space with actors like Leonardo Di Caprio and Tobey Maguire. Vikas Swaroop has penned novels like Q & A, which was adapted into the film 'Slumdog Millionnaire' by Danny Boyle. 'Slumdog Millionnaire' won several awards that included eight Academy Awards.
