What do you expect thieves to run away with? Cash, gold and valuables, will be foremost on everyone's mind. But a particular incident in India's capital city Delhi has left cops baffled.

Thieves, who had visited Moolchand Hospital, walked off with In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) materials and vials. In the process, the bizarre thieves damaged the Hospital's laboratory and other medical instruments.

The thieves stole vials containing sperms along with the equipment and instruments needed in IVF technique, according to police.

The bizarre heist took place on Saturday and cops have registered an FIR against suspects. Authorities believe that the incident must be the handiwork of insiders in the hospital.

Lab technician Paritosh Kumar Sarkar was the first person to noticed the ransacked lab and that equipments and instruments were missing.

Cops are amazed at the precision of the theft since the materials and instruments used in IVF tecnique are not used for other purpose.

Delhi Police is investigating into the incident. Cops are going through the video clips of the CCTV footage to nab the culprits.
