Cinco de Mayo is this Friday, and people who are going to head out for margaritas, make sure that you have a designated driver.

Houston personal injury lawyers Sutliff and Stout are offering free holiday rides from Friday, 5 p.m.  to Saturday 10 a.m.

The firm said, all people have to do is make a right choice, if they have been drinking by taking a taxi or ride sharing service home.

People can get a reimbursement for a ride of up to $30 by sending their receipts to the firm by May 12. The firm will reimburse the ride via PayPal.

Here are the Details

-All the rides must be in the Houston or Austin metro area.

-Al the Rides must be taken between the start and end dates and times specified in the table below.

-People must be of legal drinking age to qualify.

-The reimbursement is valid for one, one-way ride to a safe destination

-Limit one reimbursement per household

-The maximum value of reimbursement is $30.00 anywhere in the Houston or Austin metro area

-The maximum value includes a tip up to 10%. Anything above a 10% tip on the base fare will not be reimbursed.

-Participation in this promotion is limited to the first 1,000 submissions.

-Within 7 days of the end date, a Receipt, Photocopy of Valid Driver’s License, and PayPal associated email address must be sent to:

The firm has also paid for free taxi and Uber rides in the past and says that they are doing it because of the consequences they see of drink and driving.
