Harsh Vardhan Shringla who is the foreign secretary has said on Tuesday that the countries of India and the United States have held talks in five major categories which comprise of security, defence, energy, technology and also the people to people contact.
The foreign secretary has added saying that India has been assured by the President of the United States Donald Trump regarding the highest consideration for the collaboration in the sector of defence.
The reporters have also been told by Harsh Vardhan Shringla that the two countries of India and the United States have also made a decision to set up the working groups in order to curb the trafficking of narcotics and to reinvigorating of the homeland security.
He added saying that the President Donald Trump has assure the highest consideration to the country India regarding the procuring of technology and also regarding the joint collaboration in the defence sector.
Harsh Vardhan Shringla has also said that the talks between the President Donald Trump and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been held for five hours before arriving at the agreements and the decisions that have been made.
