Hair is the most valued thing among both men and women. We treat our hair with utmost care and very often fall victim to hair myths. Here are three hair myths that have been debunked as faulty.

Combing wet hair is best for styling

Your hair is the weakest when wet. So avoid combing your hair when it's wet to prevent hair-breakage. However, if it's necessary to comb your wet hair then use a wide tooth comb. Detangle your hair using the wide tooth comb before running your regular comb through it.

Frequent hair trimming causes them to grow faster

Hair grows at the rate of half an inch every month on an average. Whether you trim your hair or don't it will grow at that rate only. Regularly trimming your hair is good as it prevents split ends. Trimming keeps your hair healthy and has no role in helping your hair to grow faster or longer.

Change your shampoo and conditioner constantly

Changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly will not help to overcome the hair problem you might be facing. Your hair needs time to adjust to a product before showing results. So try a product for atleast a month before trying another brand.
