Homemade fruit masks are better than over-the-counter masks as they are free of artificial supplements, perfumes, chemicals or added preservatives. Besides they are skin as well as pocket friendly. Here are two fruit masks that you can prepare at home.
Papaya mask
Papaya is rich in vitamins C and E as well as in enzymes that helps to exfoliate your skin gently, giving you smooth and healthy skin. Besides it’s a great remedy for tanned skin. Papaya mask is great for skin rejuvenation and makes your skin glow.
To use papaya as a face mask make a pulp of the fruit. Then massage the pulp on your skin, which has been washed with water, for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with water.
Banana mask
Banana mask helps to moisturize your skin naturally. Regular use of banana mask on your skin will give you smooth and soft skin.
To make a banana mask take a ripe banana and mash it into a smooth paste. Apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash your face with water.
