Picking on zits

Popping pimples is tempting but it harms your skin with unsightly scar that refuses to go away. Breaking zits is a strict 'No! No!' as it causes infection and and leave behind a dark spot. Pimples are caused by oil and dirt. So the best way to deal with pimples is to keep skin clean by washing your face twice daily using a a mild face wash.

Dirty makeup brushes

Never use dirty makeup brushes as can cause bacterial infection and acne. Make sure to clean your makeup brushes at least once in a week using a mild shampoo. Leave it out to dry overnight.

Hot showers

Hot baths are relaxing but at a cost – it damages your facial skin. Hot water leads to dry skin. Take precautions to avoid hot water on the face as your facial skin is delicate.

Lack of sleep
