From getting your kids up and ready for school to dropping them to their activity classes in time and from helping the child with the homework to ensuring that dinner is served on time, a mother's life is nothing less than a superwoman on a mission. With so much multitasking and running around to do, it's easy to feel overwhelmed at times. To help you battle the stress and lead a healthier, happier and more satisfying life, we tell you how you can and must squeeze out little time from your daily schedule for some exercise. Rest assured, there will be nothing stopping you after that.

Set aside time for exercising: Just like you take out time to cook, clean, and attend a parents-teacher meeting, budget time for your workout too. Try to squeeze out at least 45 minutes for exercise every morning, before embarking on your mom-duties. If you aren't a morning person, then evening jog is your best bet.

Involve your kids: If you are a lazy bum, then involving your kids could work as a motivation. Exercising with kids isn't just fun, but also a great way to bond as well as improve theirs and your fitness. So go for it!

Turn your home into a gym: If commuting from your home to the gym robs you off precious minutes of your day, set up a small gym at home so that you can work out at your own convenience. Grab some fitness DVDs and online exercise videos and get started.

Eat like a mom: Because moms are constantly multitasking, they need to fuel and replenish their bodies adequately. Pile on your plates with lean protein and complex carbohydrates and steer clear of sugar, carbonated drinks and processed or pre-packaged foods.
