Love to cuddle? Well, who doesn't! After all what can be a better feeling than nestling between someone's arms while chomping on popcorn  and watching 'The Big Bang Theory'. And while there are some obvious perks to spooning,  we share with you plenty more reasons on you should snuggle up often and for long. Check them out.

Strengthens Bond
Cuddling while asleep is known to boost closeness in a relationship. The closer you and your partner are while you sleep, the more likely you are to feel happy and contended in your relationship.

Makes You Happy
Cuddling gets the dopamine and serotonin, the happiness hormones, gushing, elevating your mood and curing depression.

Shoos Away Stress
The moment you make skin-to-skin contact, your brain orders adrenal glands to cut back cortisol production, making you feel less anxious and more relaxed. Ahh, such bliss!

Sleep Better
When you're not so stressed, you're more likely to snooze for reasonable hour, and wake up feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Boosts Your Immune System
Cuddling stimulates your relaxation system, releasing a surge of feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin that helps fend off sickness. If you ask us, we'd say that cuddling is so much better and appealing than loading up on vitamin C.

Enhances Sex Life
Couples who cuddle post-sex have happier sex lives and great relationship.
