One of the reasons why many relationships are ending today is due to women's empowerment. Women with power want to change the behaviour of men in their life to their liking. If it doesn't work the partners separate. Here are a few reasons why women try to change men in their lives.

Man of my dreams

Women who have a certain expectaion about the man of her dreams find it difficult to adjust in their relationship. Those who cannot adjust in their relation are basically looking for a utopia which does not exist. So they begin to dictate their partners to change their habits, behaviour and attitude to confirm to their dreams. Finding a man of her dreams is like an unseen pressure on her and she tries  to achieve that by changing her man.

Decision makers

Some women want to dominate the decision making in their relationship. They try to force their decision on the man. This is mainly due to peer pressure where the friends of a women have managed to change their men. This makes other dominating women to change their men likewise.

Just like my father

Then there are some women who want to see the attributes of their father in the partner/spouse. But all men are different, there cannot be two men with same qualities. In such scenario these women try to change their men. This is especially the case of women who have been their father's favourite child.
