Just two days into the World Cup and the 2010 FIFA champions have shown what a weak grip they have on this year's trophy. Spain lost their maiden tournament match even four years back to Switzerland in South Africa, but that defeat was nothing compared to the humiliating loss that the defending champions suffered on the hands of Netherlands today. And boy, what a match it was!

Spain's worst defeat since 1963, it's recent humiliation and defeat by the Dutch is making the world question if Vicente del Bosque's team can make a comeback into the game, given its hapless defense. Holland, as we saw, played with all their might and vengeance, putting up a sensational victory and leaving the World Cup holders startled, as they gaped and blinked while the Dutch netted five stunning goals.
