Doctors have given up all hopes of reviving the most successful Grand Prix racing driver in history from his state of induced coma.
Two months after the retired legend met with an unfortunate accident, doctors have failed to retrieve him back to normalcy.
According to a recent report published in the German magazine Focus, doctors at the University Hospital of Grenoble in France have failed to awaken him completely, despite repeated efforts.
The 45-year-old German was put in a state of induced coma after he suffered a bad fall while skiing at the French resort on December 29. He rammed into a rock so hard that the impact cracked his helmet, injuring him lastingly.
After a surgery to lessen bleeding and bruising, he was put in a medically induced coma to reduce the risk of further damage.
On Janary 30, Schumacher's family had announced that efforts were on to bring him back to consciousness. However, the efforts has gone without results.
