Realme C83 5G was introduced in India by the Chinese smartphone brand as the newest member of its C-series lineup. The new device will be available for buying in the country soon through an online shopping site and the company's website. It comes in two colors and has three choices for RAM and storage. The Realme C83 5G runs on a powerful octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, along with a large 7,000mAh Titan Battery. The phone features a single rear camera that has a 13-megapixel lens. Additionally, it boasts a 6.8-inch LCD display that refreshes at 144Hz. The starting price of the Realme C83 5G in India is Rs. 13,499 for the basic model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The upgraded version with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 14,499. The top variant, which includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is available for Rs. 17,499. Buyers may opt for up to six months of no-interest EMI payments for the new device.
The new Realme C series phone will be available for sale in India starting March 7 at 12 PM IST on Flipkart and the Realme website. The Realme C83 5G comes in two color choices: Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green. This model supports dual SIM and operates on Realme UI 7.0, which is based on Android 16. It has a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720x1,570 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, a maximum brightness of 900 nits, and can display 16.7 million colors along with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The Realme C83 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip made with a 6nm process. It includes an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. For photography, the device has a single rear camera with a 13-megapixel sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 77-degree field of view, and auto-focus capability. There is also a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats, featuring an f/2.2 aperture and a 78-degree viewing angle. The phone can record video in 1080p at 30 frames per second from both the front and rear cameras.
The Realme C83 5G is powered by a robust 7,000mAh Titan Battery. It supports 15W wired charging as well. The phone includes various sensors such as a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, and accelerometer. For connectivity, it supports 5G, 4G LTE, has a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. The device has dimensions of 166.3×78.1×8.4mm and weighs approximately 212 grams.
