And the liabilities list also revealed by ADR, Three top MLAs with high liabilities are Pramila Tokas has liabilities of Rs. 12 crore+, Kartar Singh Tanwar Rs. 9 crore+, Kailash Gahlot Rs. 8 crore+. The list can be seen here.

Out of 70 MLAs, 24(34%) have declared criminal cases in affidavits against themselves. Aam Aadmi Party’s 23(34%) MLAs have declared criminal cases while 1(33%) out of 3 BJP MLAs has also declared criminal cases. In 2013 this figure was 25(36%) and in 2008 29(43%). Chief Minister designated Arvind Kejriwal has mentioned 10 cases against him in which 7 are in ‘cognizance taken’ category while in 3 cases charges are framed. Arvind’s aide Manish Sisodia faces 6 cases, of which in 5 cognizance has been taken while in 1 case charges are framed.

While, Sankalp Kumar, Raju Dhingan, Praveen Kumar, Sarita Singh and Rakhi Birla of AAP have not declared incometax details during nominations.

How the rich servants (63% of the assembly) or representatives will work for common man, we have to see further.
