A few months earlier in January, the house of Massachusetts senators decided to vote in order to create license plates ‘Boston Strong’ to celebrate the memorial of the Boston marathon held in 2013

The bill was passed by both chambers of the house early before commencing one year anniversary of bombings.

The office of Attorney General is now consulting for investigating to find charity funding for ‘Boston strong’ license plates , and then they would process to get approval from RMV, but the charity states that they have to take forward a movement asking for cash.

The charities were permitted by RMV to raise money for a memorable cause by proposing a new license plates and that would be sold in the market for fund raising , and when the design gets ready and approved, charities can collect checks for $40 and to be sold to minimum 750 people to bear the production cost in the beginning, but a new jersey man in 2015 a founder of ‘Boston Strong Disaster Relief” Organization, asked people to pay checks now before the design is formulated along with donation of at least $10 to the organization as well.

The spokeswoman representing RMV reported that the agency has not yet accepted to approve design and the payments along with applications would not be accepted until the design is finalized by RMV.

“The AG’s office does not look kindly on organizations that misrepresent their support for survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing,” said spokeswoman Chloe Gotsis. “We understand that the license plates never went into production and the Registry did not have any pre-orders for this plate for which the organization was reportedly soliciting. We will be reaching out.” told the spokes woman of AG Maura Healey.

The founder of BSDR Stephen Brick said that RMV has approved to the Solicitations given by their organisation

Mr. Brick mentioned in a mail that “We are collecting applications as per RMV instructions without a finalized approved design and are awaiting approval to hold a design contest,”
