Sundusky Ohio:
Two men from Cleveland have been arrested in connection with a disturbance at Kalahari Resort that resulted in a shot being fired, according to reports.

The Erie County Sheriff's Department says Samuel McKnight Jr., 19, and Sylvester Harris Jr., 19, both of Cleveland, were arrested just after 2:30 a.m. at a Taco Bell in Sandusky, the Sandusky Register reports.

Erie County Jail records show Harris and McKnight both have been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony, and improper handling of a firearm, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Chief Deputy Jared Oliver tells the Register it's unclear how the two suspects might be involved in the Kalahari incident. According to WKYC Channel 3, the two men deny having a gun in their car or of being involved in the disturbance at Kalahari.

According to the Register, deputies and other officers were sent to Kalahari early Sunday morning after some guests renting suites refused to leave after being asked by management. It's unknown why the guests were being evicted.

When deputies arrived, a large crowd began running to an overflow parking lot and a shot was fired. Oliver tells the Register its believed the person who fired the shot left in one of the vehicles.
