Ahead of Andhra Pradesh Assembly Election Results, Here’s a Look at Nifty Manifesto of YSRCP and TDP

Just hours left to decide the fate of Andhra Pradesh. The main parties in the vie in Andhra Pradesh are Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress, Telugu Desam Party, YSR Congress Party, and Jana Sena Party.
Voting in Andhra Pradesh took place in the first phase of a national election on April 11. Voting took place on 25 seats with a voter turnout of 79.64 percent.
The exit polls made mixed projections as to which party will form the next government in the state. While some predicted that the YSRCP will storm to power, others said that TDP will retain power.
Here’s a look at the leading parties TDP and YSRCP parties’ manifesto:
YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy released the four-page party’s manifesto reiterating the implementation of every promise that he was making.
Highlights of YSRCP Manifesto
1. Free borewells for farmers, and interest-free loans for tenant farmers
2. 9 hours of free electricity for farmers in morning times
3. With Rs, 3,000 crore price stabilization funds will be provided for farmers
4. For aqua farmers power will be given at Rs 1 per unit
5. Rs 12,500 investment support for farmers, in four terms Rs 50,000 will be provided
6. Rs 7 lakh insurance for the families of the farmers who committed suicide
7. Zero interest loans for farmers
8. The cost of medicines crossing Rs 1,000 then that can be claimed in Arogya Sri scheme
9. All treatments are brought under the limits of Arogya Sri scheme
10. Government hospitals to get a facelift
11. RS 10,000 pension for kidneys, long term disease patients
12. Rs 3,000 old age pension
13. Pension eligibility age is decreased to 60 from 65 years
14. Rs 1150 crore funds for the AgriGold victims
15. Alcohol ban in three stages
16. To fill the vacant 1,30,000 jobs

1. With Rs, 5,000 crore price stabilization funds will be provided for farmers

3. Interest-free loans for the farmers without any limit
4. Micro-irrigation development
5. Establishment of Industrial Parks at every Mandal and urban centers
6. Free mobile phone for DWCRA women
7. Chandranna Bheema is increased to 10 lakhs from 5 lakh
8. Free 12 hours free current supply for irrigation
9. Old age pension increased to Rs 3,000 and eligibility age decreased to 60 from 65 years
10. Unemployment allowance increased to Rs 3,000
11. World's biggest data center established in Visakhapatnam
12. Special corporations for Madiga, Reli, Yanadi caste
13. Will fight unconditionally for triple talaq and 4 percent reservations for Muslims
14. A special building for Christians in each district and land allocated for graveyards
