His three kids may soon take over the center stage as per the news. Mukesh Ambani said that the Reliance Family Day that its time for the young leadership to take over the charge and the responsibility and he is committed to it. Mukesh Ambani is yet to announce about the further details. Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani are the three kids of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani. They are holding some key roles in Reliance Industries Limited.

Isha Ambani is the Director of Reliance Retail Ventures and she is also one of the Board of Directors for Reliance Jio Infocomm. Akash Ambani is the Director of Reliance Jio and Anant Ambani is the Additional Director of Jio Platforms and is a Director of the Reliance Energy Ventures. Analysts say that Mukesh Ambani has enough clarity on assigning the roles for the next generation of the Ambanis. They played a crucial role in rolling out Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail. Mukesh Ambani is the Director of Reliance Industries since 1977 and he started his career at the age of 20.
